Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your comprehensive understanding of internal control frameworks to design, implement, and maintain effective control systems.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting financial reporting and compliance.
- Work closely with control performers to review processes, provide recommendations for improvements, and enhance the overall control environment.
- Effectively convey complex control concepts to stakeholders at all levels, promoting awareness and understanding of internal controls.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate control assessments, adapting to changing business environments and risks.
- Perform self-assessments of controls, review evidence of execution, and conduct assessments in the ICON system.
- Provide training and guidance on control frameworks and mentor peers and team members.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years in auditing, accounting, or compliance, with a strong understanding of internal control principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in assessing and improving control environments; experience with modern Finance/ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
