Transport Manager - Automotive

Job Description:

• Lead and motivate teams in the transport department.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes and department productivity.
• Seek new solutions to improve efficiency.
• Participate in contract preparation with local suppliers/carriers and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain and develop partnerships with key customers and suppliers.
• Participate in new customer tenders and negotiations. 
• Be responsible for audit results, annual budget fulfilment, and regular monitoring of the department's financial indicators.
• Monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English and Czech languages.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of road transport issues (international and domestic).
• Business skills and the ability to handle crisis situations.
• Clean criminal record.

As preferred:

• Knowledge of German.
• Experience in the Automotive sector.
