DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for IP Operations in Morocco. In this specific position you will execution Operations of Industrial Projects by any Transport mode, from A to Z with an excellent service quality , ensuring guidelines and policies are respected and all Operational KPIs are met.

In this IP Operations position
- You will execute all types of operations related to Industrial Projects with all transport modes, including Ocean, Air, and Road.
- You will ensure seamless execution of operations, including physical attendance and supervision of operations inside the ports or terminals when needed.
- You will monitor all transport details from A to Z, including hazardous cargo.
- You will deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate and timely updates and proactive solution proposals.
- You will ensure the shipments adhere to Moroccan Customs regulations.
- You will coordinate with the clearing broker for smooth execution of customs clearance.
- You will fill and upload all required documentation in our systems and/or to the relevant stakeholders.
- You will coordinate with all carriers for accurate and timely movements, ensuring all documentation and information are accurate.
- You will ensure all performed operations are managed via our CW1 system, both from revenue and cost management aspects, reflecting the correct margins.
- You will handle the billing of the revenue and submission of invoices to the customers within the agreed timelines and as per internal KPIs.
- You will monitor and ensure all operational KPIs are met and propose process improvements where needed.
- You will develop and maintain a solid relationship with the customers, as well as service providers.
- You will maintain an optimal level of customer satisfaction.
- You will proactively propose solutions to customers for any potential problems or regular process improvements.
- You will ensure SOPs and COPs are implemented in full.
Now, here’s what we need from you.
- Computer Literate – All MS Programs and willing to learn additional computer skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and transfer of knowledge to team members
- Ability to work within time constraints, make own decisions and advise Client of logistics solutions
- Punctuality and time management skills are essential elements of this position.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels & departments for alignment of projects with company goals
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Creativity and problem-solving capabilities
- Must have previous freight forwarding & logistics experience in all transport modes
- Familiarity with Moroccan Market rules regulations ( Customs – Carriers – Public Authorities …), best practices and performance standards
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Team Player
- Min 5 years’ experience in Operations by all Transport modes, with deep Knowledge & experience in handling Industrial Projects and Warehousing
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
- Fluent Arabic
