Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• This role under team of Account Management Excellence (AME) that is responsible for developing and expanding existing business propositions, also retain existing customers for renewal the contract.
• Preparing the Data, Information and Document for renewal contract to make sure that the renewal will be smoothly.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and liaise with operation term on the service delivery to customer.
• Collaborate with customer for the upcoming renewal of each account.
• Perform any tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualification

• Graduate with minimum bachelor's degree, welcome for fresh graduates
• Experiences in Logistics Industry (Warehousing and Transport is preferred), knowledgeable in Warehouse Operation as current/previous working background is mandatory for this role, will be considered as a plus.
• Good Command of communication skill both in English and Thai
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and words)
• Good teamwork
• Analytical and presentation skill
• Results driven, and flexible to travel as needed
• Service mind and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and logical thinking
