We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in software testing, generative AI and user experience (UX)is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, usability, and AI-driven innovation of our products.
This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, AI technologies, test automation and UX design to optimize user experiences while maintaining high software quality.
Testing & Quality Assurance (QA):
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and resolve defects.
- Ensure continuous testing practices in Agile and DevOps environments.
Generative AI & Emerging Technologies:
- Explore, evaluate, and integrate generative AI tools to enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize AI-driven UX experiences.
- Develop and test AI-generated content, chatbots, and other AI-based user interaction models.
- Ensure ethical AI usage and mitigate bias in AI-powered applications.
User Experience (UX):
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to improve product design.
- Work with designers and developers to enhance UI/UX based on data-driven insights.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize UX improvements.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Testing & QA:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual & automated).
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, TestSigma, Playwright, etc.).
- Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development (TDD) is a plus.
Generative AI & Emerging Tech:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly generative AI (ChatGPT).
- Experience with AI-powered UX design and automation tools.
- Ability to experiment with LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning AI models.
- Understanding of ethical AI considerations and responsible AI development.
User Experience (UX):
- Hands-on experience with UX research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Axure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE) and UX design (NN/g, HFI) are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
