Description

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 5-6 years’ experience 
Age: 28 to 32 years


Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end responsibilities at the regional front office.
  • Ensure smooth and effective management of the front desk at the regional office and also interface with various departments/locations for various meetings and appointment coordination in the region.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping & flower arrangement for regional office and coordinate with various vendors for ensuring the regional office requirements.
  • Manage the guest and ensure guest book entries in the guest register.
  • Manage the EPABX system (Intercoms) for routing various in-house calls at the regional office.
  • Connecting the outgoing calls in the regions / outside vendors etc.
  • Coordinate appointments and assist them to meeting rooms etc.
Relationship building with outside agencies like hotels, travel agents etc. and negotiate the best tariffs.
