We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compliance Assurance Senior Manager to lead the comprehensive program management and development of the SOC global program at DHL Supply Chain. This pivotal role involves overseeing compliance assurance audits from inception to completion and enhancing our SOC and compliance audit offerings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to manage senior internal stakeholders, external auditors, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Your key accountabilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership and manage the global SOC and compliance audit programs, ensuring alignment with DHL Supply Chain's strategic goals. Oversee the entire lifecycle of these programs, acting as the central point of contact.
• Develop and enhance SOC and compliance audit offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, performance, risks, and challenges.
• Ensure all SOC and compliance audit activities comply with relevant standards and regulations. Implement effective risk management and mitigation strategies. Oversee reviews of audit reports and preparation of necessary documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources. Counsel and direct Operations and IT teams on executing controls and monitoring their effectiveness. Maintain close relationships with various internal teams for effective program delivery.

What are we looking for from you?

• Extensive experience in project management, compliance, risk management, or a related field, with a focus on SOC and compliance audit programs
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programs in a global organization
• Advanced knowledge of program management and development
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional internal teams and stakeholders
• Post Graduate degree and/or related professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CRISC, ISO) are highly desirable
