YOUR TASKS

Work Location: Macau

**The internship must be credit-bearing, requiring interns to earn academic credits during their program or as a graduation requirement.

Responsibilities

• To perform online research and customer list build up for inbound lead generation
• To assist in promote and approach customers to use eTools platform
• To assist in assigned promotional projects e.g. Retail Promotion, Lapsed Customer Promotion, CS Lead Boost, Ops Lead...etc.
• To assist in checking and following up with relevant shipment documents to ensure compliance with DHL guidelines

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor degree in Commerce, e-Logistics, Information System, Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good PC knowledge of MS Applications
