Job Description
Our Fulfillment Network is based around a strict “standardization” and “product” mindset across all functions. Allowing us to sell & implement quickly and offer scalability across all our sites.
The Project Delivery Manager will be a pioneer in enabling warehouses to be ready to operate the standard FN processes and will contribute directly to the FN growth by implementing customer in time, quality and budget, while ensuring FN Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the success of the DHL Fulfillment Network customers and warehouses by…
-Steering project tasks such as IT integration, process alignments
-Consulting customers and warehouses on our FN operational and IT processes
-Making sure warehouses work according to FN standards and tools during preparation and implementation
-Close alignment with Product Management on needed product improvements
-Having the longevity and the sustainability of the delivered solutions as a guiding principle in operations
-Driving site enablement's
Helping customers navigate from contract signature to go-live by…
-Performing UATs in Warehouse Management System
-Handling issues in hyper care
-Overseeing Golden Transactions and implementation quality through cross-checks
-Training of Client Success Managers and Customer Service agents on specific customer processes
-Leading also our customer's resources to contribute to a successful go-live
-Escalating within the customer organization if go-live date is at risk due to missing customer input
Finance & Projects:
-Site enablement's and customer implementations
-Small scale: Implement change requests
Required Education and Experience
- Degree level education (ideally Masters level)
- English (Full professional proficiency)
- 2-3 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Demonstrable Continuous Professional Development
- Strong internal drive and resilience
- Excellent communication skills - moderating between different functions and levels to achieve the best outcome for the FN product
