Our purchasing team is currently looking for a new team members for our new purchasing center in Port Louis, Mauritius.
Would you like to be part of team who ensure that business purchasing needs are fulfilled through a high level of automation? Are you keen to find the most proper competitive supplier for lower value requests and negotiate contracts conditions?

Your task will be:
- Processing purchase requests, negotiations with suppliers for the best offer ensuring mandatory information is included
- Actively drive the creation and use of procurement catalogues
- Communication with business requestors, ensuring request is properly specified and documented
- Searching for new suppliers and communication with existing suppliers
- Negotiate and prepare contracts
- Implement contracts and manage contract lifecycle
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers and internal Business Partners, solve day-to-day problems
- Generate required reporting, analyze reports and identify catalog improvements
Your profile should look like:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement services or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English. Arabic language skill is a plus.
- Fully computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Enjoy communication and interaction with people
- Enjoy working with data and detail orientation
- Ability and willingness to build up the complete procurement services from the scratch
