Sales Support Intern at Sales Department
1. Overall job purpose:
• Supports the customer facing organization by:
• Preparing quotations and contracts
• Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents
• Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of leads
• Analyzing Sales Index
• Preparing Sales reports
2. Main Tasks:
Supports the customer facing organization (Key Account/Field Sales/TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:
• Preparing promotional presentations, business reviews
• Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing)
• Supporting the customer planning and implementation process
• Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads
• Analyzing Sales Index
• Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents
• Preparing Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
3. Requirements:
• Junior or Senior Students who can work at least 4 days per week
• Good English skills (both speaking and writing)
• Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
• Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, Powerpoint; experience with CRM tools preferred
• Can-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiastic
• Good administrative skills, results driven and detail oriented
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
