As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with excellence in project management, encompassing aspects such as time, cost, scope, quality, communication, and risk.
In addition to project management, stakeholder management and supporting pre-sales activities are essential responsibilities. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery with a strong emphasis on zero-defect quality, ensuring that code development adheres to security compliance before deployment to production.
Following ITIL processes for incident, problem management, and change management is crucial to maintain operational efficiency. Establishing service-level agreements (SLAs) and designing a robust support model for services will be part of your role. Effective leadership of the project team, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes, is also expected.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall success of projects, customer satisfaction, and the smooth operation of services within the organization.

As a Project Manager, having Warehouse Management knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence will also be an integral part of this role. If you are certified with PRINCE2/ PMP or ITIL, it would be a huge advantage. You are also required to work on shift depending on business' needs.You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Chek Lim and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2009, when I took a role as Senior Service Support Specialist in the GBS & CC CBJ team. In 2010, I moved to a management role, being Team Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology.
