We are looking for Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team who need to seamlessly support the application to manage 100% uptime of application.

You will work with Team located in Chennai as well as Hyderabad and managing EDM product, one of important strategic document management platform for DGF business. EDM is an IBM Product with FileNet workflows having lot of custom java tools built on top of it interacting with strategic applications through EDI/API interfaces.

We have a strategic document management platform for our DHL Global Forwarding business. DHL Global Forwarding is a global market leader in Air Freight and Ocean Freight logistics. You will have a challenge to manage application support of product with 100+ tools involving lot of upstream and downstream applications. We will provide you significant opportunity to grow along the way. 

 
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:  

• As a Senior Application Support Specialist having experience in Linux, Oracle and IBM FileNet workflow development is a must.
• Experience in FileNet P8 5.2 / 5.5 ... etc. & Strong knowledge in Content Platform Engine CPE, IBM Content Navigator concepts.
• Ideal candidate should be smart in application troubleshooting.
• Ideal candidate should have understanding on the Incident & Problem Management processc.
• Manage, maintain and support hardware and software configurations related to EDM product.
• Diagnose, isolate and debug application problems and perform problem resolution in a timely manner, including creating a case with IBM as and when required.
• Monitor EDM system performance and take corrective action to optimize usage of system resources.
• Coordinating with 3rd level & development support teams on changes / maintenance issues.
• Open to work under 24 * 7 support model.
• Should be able to own the service delivery responsibilities and experience of On-Call support.
• Housekeeping of applications and working to achieve RCA for any issues.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FileNet administration / support.
• Strong understanding of enterprise content management solutions using FileNet.
• Experience with database technologies, such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Content Management:         
  FileNET P8 Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, Business Process Manager (BPM), Content services, Workflow (eProcess 4.x/5.x)
• Languages:
  Java, C, C++, C#, VB, UML, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, Javascript
  
  
• Technologies:
  EJB, Servlets, JDBC, .NET, ASP.
  
  
• OOAD Methodologies:
  UML, OO Design patterns, MVC design pattern, Rational Rose, IBM
  Engineering Workflow Management
  
  
• Application and Web servers:
  BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, Apache Tomcat, IIS.
  
  
• DBMS:
  Oracle 10i/11g/12c, SQLserver 7.0, and or equivalent
