YOUR TASKS
- To work on project basis within Customer Service department.
- Be able to support on automation initiative for enhancement of customer service task relevancy.
- Developing on digitalization implementation for seamless process and efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree student
- Final year student
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
- Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
- Preferably from Business IT solutions academic background
- Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
