Responsibilities
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and resources.
- Provide active support in the coordination and execution or Information Security risk and compliance assessments (Security Concepts). Involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Supervise status and completion of IT asset inventory, for IT Applications and Services for their compliance with DPDHL Security Standards. Raise and follow corrective action where required.
- Support managing and monitoring the risk management standardization and clean-up project.
- Support coordinating and tracking status of the mitigation of audit findings.
Vulnerability Management
- Regularly monitor the vulnerability status of IT Assets and the patching process. Raise and track corrective action activities, where required.
- Overview Security Testing and Scanning activities in the region. Follow-up in resolution of possible findings.
Security Advisory
- Provide support to internal stakeholders to define IT security strategy in line with business strategy and functional objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for the inclusion of InfoSec activities in the regular onboarding process for IT systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze complex issues, benchmark, identify opportunities and introduce best practices, processes and protocols for IT security focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
Reporting
- Aligned with the Regional ISM Team regular report, important security related KPIs to the management and suggest corrective action where required.
- Security Incident Management
- Coordinate DHL and customer cyberattack incident with all relevant DHL stakeholders
- Timely report status of incident handling to the management and lesson learned
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years Information Security Experience

Bachelors or Master degree in Information Security, IT Business Administration, or similar field.

InfoSec related certification are a plus.
- Proven analytical and technical skills with experience in detailed reporting.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in MS O365, including Power BI, with the ability to create and manage reports and dashboards.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
