As the Senior Manager, you'll drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead complex projects that directly impact our global operations. Your key accountabilities include:

· This role is key to supporting the delivery of the Global Transport strategy & programmes, focusing on developing the Transport product as it further integrates into Operations Excellence

· A major focus is to support the implementation of strategic and product development initiatives that will “move the dial” on our growth agenda

· Enable the in-region or country execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable performance metrics, while driving product development to enhance service offerings

· Where required, support the development of detailed plans to deliver success, meeting required quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints

· Direct, support and review the output of functional project teams or individual program managers on a global scale

· Develop and leverage relationships with key stakeholders in the Transport, Ops Excellence, GoGreen, and ESG teams, as well as other functional stakeholders via in-person or virtual meetings

· Implement and maintain the Strategy 2X30 communication concept within Operations Excellence & Transport, ensuring alignment across DHL Supply Chain and DHL Group

· Drive cultural change and continuous improvement activities within Transport & OE, collaborating with regional teams and functions such as HR, CDO, and IT

What are we looking for from you?

· Strong knowledge of operational practices within Transport and/or Operations Excellence (OE) and beyond

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

· Extensive experience in change management and strategy/project management

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels

· Previous cross-functional experience in a global, multinational company

· Significant business and strategy development experience, preferably in the transport industry

· Proven ability to champion ideas, build consensus, and assess risks from both technical and business perspectives

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is desirable

· Ability to establish clear objectives, provide organizational structure, and offer directional guidance
