Manager, Compensation and Benefits (C&B) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs for the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Manager, C&B will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR Business Partners, APAC region team and external vendors to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits solutions that align with the company's overall objectives.
