In this job you will

Within this role you will partner Site Leaders, Transport Operations teams, and the Safety and Compliance team to help maintain safe, and compliant operations. You will also liaise with external partners including DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, Beakon and other contractors. Your daily role and responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and maintaining records of audits and inspections.
  • Responding to audit findings by reporting and following up major issues and repairs.
  • Assisting with contractor onboarding processes aligned with compliance guidelines.
  • Supporting with driver compliance.
  • Building and maintaining instructions and training materials.
  • Meeting with suppliers, facilitating associated development programs, and maintaining the contractor management system.
  • Preparing quarterly reports.
  • Responding to enquiries from sites and suppliers.

What you will need to be successful

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (word and excel).
  • Demonstrated skills working with online tools / systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must have prior experience within the Transport and Logistics industry.
  • Sound knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle legislation will be highly regarded.
