In this role you will:

Reporting into the HR Manager the HR Advisor works closely with site management to provide HR support to our facilities. To be successful in this position, you will have strong communication and business partnering skills with the confidence and ability to develop, implement and manage HR initiatives that address current and future workforce challenges.

  • Supporting stakeholders across multiple locations on HR issues, including employee relations, performance, conduct, leadership, awards, enterprise bargaining agreements and diversity and inclusion
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of change initiatives
  • Work with ER team to performance manage relevant employees including providing warnings and terminations
  • Providing advice in relation to the application of policies and legislation

Requirements

  • HR qualifications preferred and further training and support will be provided to the right candidate
  • Exceptional communications skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of management
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Must be creative, have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive hands-on and can do approach
  • The ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Business Analysis capabilities (preferred)
