YOUR TASKS

Working Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, HK International Airport

Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Part-Time Clerk in Customs Clearance, reporting directly to the Customs Clearance Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in reviewing flight manifest data for inbound shipments and transshipments, alongside various administrative tasks. Duties also include storing paperwork in designated areas and inputting data into electronic systems.

YOUR PROFILE

• Form 5 or higher education level; college or university undergraduate students are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with a typing speed of 30 wpm
• Availability to work 4-6 hours per day between 11:00-19:00, 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday
• Previous experience in airport operations, customs clearance, logistics, or transportation is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment to team goals
• Diligent and responsible work ethic
• Fresh graduates are welcome
