Job Description


The Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing various benefit activities and acting as a liaison for associate and HR representative inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interfacing with vendors to ensure efficient operations and effectively resolving any issues that may arise, contributing to a smooth and supportive benefits experience for all associates.

Responsibilities


  • Maintain data integrity and manage indicative data updates to vendors.
  • Ensure all interfaces have been sent and received based on the frequency required via regularly scheduled audits and manage any related issues.
  • Ensure all benefit deductions are timely and accurately interfaced and processed.
  • Work with external and internal benefit administrators on data transfer, issues escalation, plan administration, and interpretation.
  • Prepare and distribute the Open Enrollment/ad hoc reports to field HR.
  • Research and resolve benefit and eligibility questions from HR.
  • Responsible for payment processing (billing) and tracking of all H&W and select retirement vendors.
  • Responsible for routine audits and data analysis on H&W and retirement plans.
  • Assist in vendor management.
  • Open Enrollment testing and setup.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience


  • Associates degree, required
  • Bachelors degree, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the employee benefits field or HR, preferred
  • Some report generation experience, required
  • Customer service experience, required
