Job Description


The Client Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customer programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong relationship-building skills. This role involves direct interaction with clients to support existing returns programs, implement newly sold opportunities, and drive process improvements. The representative will collaborate regularly with both the team and clients to address concerns and ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities


  • Consult with Sales, Client Services, and Technology Services to address service delivery needs.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to enhance client service delivery and develop process improvements.
  • Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
  • Build and execute operational plans to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Develop automated solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to identify challenges and create effective solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, establishing strong collaborative relationships.
  • Drive the implementation of programs and projects, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and industry developments.
  • Create metrics to assess program success and share insights for strategic planning.

Required Education and Experience

  • BA/BS Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Retail and/or CPG industry preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Understanding of client metrics across all business levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a positive team-oriented attitude.
