When you submit your application, you'll receive an automated email confirming that we've received it. We’ll then review your application to see if your skills and qualifications fit the role.
Yes, you can apply for as many jobs as you like. But remember, it's important that you have the necessary skills, experience, and genuine interest in every role you apply for.
Again, this depends on the vacancy you've applied for. But as a rule, interviews will last between 30 and 60 minutes, and be conducted by someone from the area of the business you'd be working in and a member of the HR team.
First, we'll want to know more about who you are as an individual, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and where your talents and interests lie.
Next, we'll ask you about past experiences, what you found most challenging and rewarding and how those experiences helped you grow. And finally, we'll focus on your current situation – why you're looking to move, and how you could contribute to our success.
The next stage is on-boarding, and as part of that there'll be some documents to fill in and a contract to sign. We’ll also send you the information you need to prepare for your first day – and what we hope will be the start of an amazing journey with DHL.

It depends on the nature of the job and where you are based. Most contracts are offered on a fixed-term basis period. But in many cases, other opportunities will be offered to you when that initial contract expires.

To ensure our selection process is COVID-safe, we're currently arranging telephone or video interviews instead of meeting candidates face-to-face, wherever possible.
In some cases, face-to-face interviews may still be necessary. But any face-to-face interviews we do arrange will be in strict compliance with the latest distance and hygiene regulations for that particular region. It's important to understand, however, that the situation is changing daily, so please check the regulations and guidelines in your region before attending any face-to-face interviews.
