The DHL Express European Headquarters in Prague is looking for qualified candidates to join the Trade Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing sector that is becoming essential to global trade.

WHAT WE DO:

Our Trade Compliance Analysts protect the DHL Express network, employees, and customers from risks associated with fraud, violations of international embargoes, and transactions with entities subject to sanctions for involvement in global terrorism, weapons proliferation, and international drug trafficking.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Analyst, you will investigate escalated cases from the Junior Analysts team to assess whether they pose a risk to the DHL network, employees, or customers. You will also provide guidance to local colleagues in origin countries on the next steps. In this role, you will become familiar with various sanctions regulations and learn the tactics of offenders attempting to abuse the DHL network to breach sanctions or ship fraudulent items.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, proficiency in Arabic and Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience in customer contact, customer service, or consulting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think vertically and laterally.
High level of concentration and focus.
Quick learning skills and adaptability to change.
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
Academic degree required; a degree in international law or international business administration is a plus.
Valid work permit (for non-EU citizens).
Ability to work full-time with a flexible shift schedule (5 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays).
