DHL's Got Heart

Nothing brings people together like a common cause – and DHL’s Got Heart is a perfect example. Shining a light on a wide variety of amazing initiatives around the world, the program is a celebration of the volunteers within DHL who give up their time to help those less fortunate in their local communities.


Working with two established partners – Teach for All and SOS Children's Villages – GoTeach helps us to give back to the communities we serve in a lasting and meaningful way. Helping children and young people from all socio-economic backgrounds to develop their potential, we offer them the chance to learn skills and access new opportunities for their career development


Our GoHelp program taps into the core logistics expertise of our people to provide the United Nations with disaster management support. We now have dedicated Disaster Response Teams (DRTs) based in Panama, Dubai, and Singapore, ready to be deployed wherever they're needed throughout the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region.


GoGreen is our group-wide environmental protection program. It focuses on energy efficiency, climate change and the reduction of air pollution. By 2050, our goal is to reduce all of our logistics-related emissions to net zero.

Appreciation week

This is our chance to show how grateful we are for the dedication and commitment of our colleagues. Events range from parties, games, and competitions to sports activities and even Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives – all designed to recognize and reward the hard work we put in.
