International Internship Program
If you're looking to gain some overseas experience during your studies, our AIESEC Upgrade Program could be a perfect choice. It's the only international internship program of DHL, and it gives you the chance to work on live projects, interact with clients, network with people across the business and develop the skills you need to take the next step in your career.

Local Internships
We offer a wide range of locally-run internship opportunities across our sites worldwide. Each of these offers a fantastic insight into our business and a chance to gain the real-world experience you need to complement your studies. For many, these local internships have proved to be the perfect stepping stone to a successful career with DHL.

Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship is a work based development program, in which you will gain new skills, knowledge and behaviours in a subject relating to your role. An apprenticeship will enable you to develop your skills while you work. Whilst most of your learning will take place during the working week, there is a level of commitment required to complete some learning in your own time.

Trainee Program
Trainee programs are graduate programs that offer structured learning with real-world industry experience, helping you develop the skills you'll need for a long, successful, and rewarding career. We have local and international trainee programs across different sites worldwide.

Direct Entry Worldwide
Structured development programs are not right for everyone. If you'd rather bring your skills and experience and apply them in a conventional, entry-level role, there are plenty of different paths you can take. From crucial front-line Delivery and Warehouse roles to exciting opportunities behind the scenes in areas like Sales and Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, Procurement and Consulting.

For some roles you will be asked to deliver a task connected to the role you apply for.
Offer
After your interviews are done, we’ll bring everything together from your application and interviews and review it.
You will be contacted by our HR teams and your manager, so don't forget to check your e-mails regularly.
Once you’ve accepted the offer, you will start your Onboarding journey. Get fired up and ready to go - we’re thrilled to have you.
