slide 1 of 3 LEAD Program - Germany If you're a highly motivated graduate or young professional with leadership ambitions, our LEAD graduate program is designed with you in mind. Right from the start, you'll get to hone your operational management skills, as you oversee the work of colleagues in our logistics centers or delivery teams. And in doing so, you'll make a huge contribution to the business as a whole. Who is it for? Graduates and those starting out in their professional career Where is it based? 20 sites across Germany What's the salary? €47.5k during the program, rising to €53-68k on completion When does it start? Over the course of 18 months, you’ll take on countless new challenges, enjoy a variety of exciting opportunities and have the chance to build your network in the world of logistics. Choose the international option and you'll also get to spend time living and working overseas. Who is it for? Graduates and those starting out in their professional career Where is it based? Germany, with the option of a 3-month assignment overseas What is the salary? Up to €45.5k while on the program When does it start? Start dates in April and October each year. The Covid-pandemic changed the way how we are working. During this time we showed how adaptable we are and working from home was born.

To this day it is still possible to work from home in accordance with our working from home policy. Every employee, at the SSC Maastricht, is allowed to work 50% from home. This is a minimum, so everybody is free to be at the office more!
