Through our Service Lines and Global Process Towers, we provide a comprehensive solution that not only manages core financial activities but also shapes the overarching strategies and policies, enabling businesses to thrive.
The team has a global scope and is divided in three pools of people: Project Management, Business Analysts and Service Quality, based in three locations being Maastricht (NL), Kuala Lumpur (MY) and San José (CR).
The purpose of infusing Data Analytics at DHL Express is to transform business data into assets that help the company improve.
Closely related to Data Science is Robotics and Process Automation (RPA). Within RPA, bots can be trained to undertake un-intelligent and repetitive tasks faster and more accurately than humans ever could. This frees-up time, for employees, to focus on more complex tasks that require human intuition and problem-solving skills.
Both the Data Analytics and RPA team are mostly located in our Shared Service Center in Maastricht.
