The Shared Service Center (SSC) is part of the DHL Express Finance Organization and delivers Finance solutions to a range of business partners within DHL.
The Shared Service Center is founded in 2000 and has been pivotal to DHL Express as an organization.
Originally rooted in finance, the SSC started as a center where administrational and transactional finance activities for various European countries where performed.
During the years it evolved into an innovation center with teams that carry a global responsibility for key finance processes like Billing, Accounts Receivables and Financial Accounting but also other fields like Data analytics, Project Management and Pricing.

Online application
Once you’ve found a role you’re interested in, simply click ‘Apply’ and fill in your online application. In most cases, you can use your LinkedIn profile to complete the various fields. You'll also be able to upload any relevant documents, such as your CV and Cover Letter.
First Introduction
If your application fits well, we will arrange a first introduction by phone, Teams or in person. This will allow us to gain a better sense of who you are.
Assessment
Depending on the position, we may invite you to an (online) assessment.
Personal interview
If all goes well, we’ll invite you to a personal interview- face-to-face if possible or on a video call. Here you'll have the chance to talk in more depth about your skills, personality and experience.
Onboarding
If we offer you the job (and you accept, of course!), the final stage is onboarding. We'll ask you to fill in and sign a few documents, including your contract, then send you any additional information to help you prepare for your first day.
