As a team of IT Group Functions (IT GF) we address the information and technology needs of the Corporate Center and the Global Business Service Lines that provide Services and expertise in the DHL Group in the Finance domain. Your tasks as IT Integration Architect (m/f/x)

• Architecture Design and Implementation:
  • Develop and maintain the IT architecture for Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax domains.
  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure architecture designs are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax teams to understand their processes, challenges, and IT needs.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and application development, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews of IT systems and architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends relevant to Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax, recommending innovative solutions where applicable.
• Project Management:
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for IT initiatives within the domains.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and architectures in the Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax domains.
  • Ensure IT solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and security.

Your profile

Education:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax domains.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing IT solutions for treasury and tax functions.
• Experience with ERP systems, treasury management systems, and tax compliance software.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and software tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in IT architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to corporate treasury and tax.
• Knowledge of SAP modules / services in treasury and tax area.
