DHL has a diverse fleet of aircraft globally. As one of the biggest carriers of the DHL network, EAT currently operates more than 35 aircraft, encompassing Airbus A330s, Airbus A300s and Boing 757s.

Specific salary information for EAT pilots can vary, based on factors such as experience, number of flight duties performed, and others. All our flight crews are paid according to a collective agreement.

Our full time pilots have 144 OFF days per year, at least 35 OFF days per calendar quarter. Furthermore some ON days are Reserve or Standby duties.

Usually our pilots are planned for 7 ON days, followed by 6 OFF days or 6 ON – 5 OFF days. This is a commuter-friendly roster. Proceeding is possible on our own aircraft but it’s the pilot’s responsibility to return to the home base for check-in time.

Our pilots have 36 vacation days a year to start with. They can earn up to 42 vacation days once they have been with the company for 5 years.
