We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning our human resources strategy with our business objectives, specifically within our fast-paced, blue-collar logistics environment. Supported by a large and experienced HR team, you will work closely with operational leaders to foster a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on matters including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and promoting a fair and equitable workplace.   
  • Utilise data including HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a large scale, logistics or blue-collar environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and industrial relations, particularly within an EA framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
