A 15-min call to review your resume, discuss the program and answer preliminary questions.

Phone Interview with Hiring Manager

The Hiring Manager will have a more in-depth conversation about your skills, goals, and interests.

Job Shadow

You will join an experienced team member on live calls with customers, providing you with complete transparency of the role (This step is for telesales jobs only).

Panel Discussion

Candidates will be asked to put together a short presentation and present it to a hiring team of three managers.

Formal Job Offer

If your credentials and career goals match what DHL is looking for in our next DHL Sales Superstar, then a formal offer is made, and the onboarding process begins.

Know Your Audience

You will be interviewing with several hiring managers, each with their own DHL journey. Ask questions and engage.

Practice, Practice, Practice

Do mock interviews with family and friends. Familiarize yourself with the STAR method of interviewing.

Panel Discussion

Whether the interview is virtual or in-person, wear business professional attire.

During the interview

  • Be confident. Use the time to sell us on why you are the best fit
  • Be specific. Go into detail and avoid general answers
  • Ask questions. Take advantage of the interview process; this is your opportunity to learn more about the team and DHL Express

DHL Express Sales Program

Our program is custom built to focus on career progression and leadership training. Working in sales at DHL is your first step to a world of opportunity. As your career progresses you can follow opportunities into field sales throughout the U.S. as an individual collaborator, or move into leadership roles.

DHL Express Internship Program

Learn more about DHL Express as an Intern, with opportunities in Sales, Operations, as well as Finance, HR, IT and beyond. Our internship programs are 3 month paid programs taking place over the summer, where students get critical hands-on experience and make key networking connections. Interning at DHL Express is a terrific opportunity to get ready for permanent employment with us after graduation.
