A true celebration of the company’s spirit, the Americas Cup is now a legendary part of life at DHL. CERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIST

Every DHL Employee is trained to be a Certified International Specialist through a customized and dedicated program that empowers our employees with the skills that make DHL a leader in international express shipping.

The Certified program continues with the CIM Supervisory Excellence Academy, a program for Supervisors and Team Leaders in DHL Express. It will increase knowledge and build confidence to engage teams and drive high performance. The course focuses on the core deliverables of the Supervisory level role across the business, driving greater success for DHL through improved team commitment and performance.​​​​​​

DHL’s Got Heart is a global competition celebrating DHL Express employees who give up their free time for good causes. Employees who volunteer share their message through a global internal campaign, and winners receive financial donations to their cause.

Our GoHelp program taps into the core logistics expertise of our people to provide the United Nations with disaster management support. We now have dedicated Disaster Response Teams (DRTs) based in Panama, Dubai and Singapore, ready to be deployed wherever they’re needed throughout the Americas and Asia-Pacific region.
