Responsibilities
| Ensure that the safety and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis; |
| Encourage your team to immediately report near misses / hazards as per guidelines; |
| Support Country Safety & Security Lead in investigating any incident occurring at site |
| Ensure to conduct BBS conversation and GEMBA – Daily. |
| Enforce proper 5S, GWP and area Standards. |
| Review and finalize RCA ( Root Cause Analysis) generated by Supervisor |
| Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team. And communicate them as necessary (including to new members of your team as part of the onboarding process). |
| Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team. And communicate them as necessary, to ensure the team is trained and prepare to execute them. |
| Managed overall SDC IMPEX and Conveyor Bridge Operations |
| Managed P&G customer, Itrade and 4PL communication related to IMPEX Plan, surged of volume and support needed |
| Review the result of Receiving, Shipment Reliability for IMPEX result for the past 24 hrs. |
| Receive and analyze daily resource planning updated from previous shift and define shift; |
| Provide weekly & Monthly analysis on Operations status and gap analysis to address any issues immediately |
| Review attendance and productivity result |
| Provide coaching and guidance with Supervisors |
| Support the Supervisors on delivery the daily plan with no KPI Miss and SOP deviation |
| Ensure Shipment and Receiving plan is executed and plan according to DC Capacity |

Aligned with OMs for any issues and help needed esp. with coordination for customers approval Provide reports and analysis on Operations result and improvements Continuous Improvement |
Requirements
- Graduate of 4yrs course related to Supply Chain and warehousing operation
- With minimum of 1yr experience in Supply Chain Logistic
- Good leadership skills and people management
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Good in communications and handling customer relationship
