Responsibilities
- Will work as a bridge between DSC Operations and Levis customer ops & IT team,
- Engages & manages Vinculum for a technical and project management standpoint to ensure required deliverables at the Levis DC are met,
- Ensures DSC operational requirements are met by Vinculum, in alignment with Levis SAP,
- Reviews operational SOP from time to time in consultation with DSC operations to then explain Vinculum of changes needed including documentation (brd & similar) to be drawn up;
- Be the SME for DSC & Levis when it comes to Vinculum WMS+OMS package aswell as DSC TMS & Levis SAP to the extent of DC requirements,
- Take guidance periodically & as needed from DSC IT on technical matters related to the systems being worked upon.
Requirements
Job Competency, Description & Deliverables ;
- IT (WMS, OMS & TMS) systems understanding & their working architecture,
- Understanding of omni channel requirements,
- Retail operations basic knowledge,
- Good understanding of SAP;
- Good stakeholder management skills,
- Solution mindset;
- English language skills on written & oral;
- 5 years experience in a retail or ecommerce IT organization in a role requiring above specifications,
- IT graduate (masters preferred).
