DHL Customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will provide leadership experience and shape the direction of a well-established team supporting Telephony Suite of Products. Our Telephony products provides a platform for communication between DHL Express customers and our Customer Services centers worldwide. You will embark on an exciting journey and help our Express colleagues and Customer Services centers to migrate to a new platform that is currently being rolled out. As a DevOps Manager, having management and leadership attributes is a must have. Very good knowledge of IT management  will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of DevOps processes and practices. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Great Team

Hi, my name is Rakhi Chandrasekharan and I’m a manager of Telephony Solutions sub-domain. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2011, when I took a role as technical enginer in the Express Sales team. Gaining more hands-on experience with IT management, Development and Operations has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Team management roles within Express Sales and then Customer Service departments within ITS team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Head of a sub-domain within Express Solutions – Customer Services domain. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – to establish the 21st century Contact Center tool withing our area. Looking forward to having you onboard!
