Shift patterns: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Location: Scunthorpe – DN15 9YA

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Operational Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Working hours- Wednesday & Thursday 0600-1400/1400-2200 weekly rotating. Friday 0700-1900/0900-2100 weekly rotating
• Provide support and act as first point of contact for Warehouse Operatives, Drivers, Stock Team, the Management Team, the customer and external hauliers
• Create and update records on Excel
• Utilise the Warehouse Management System
• Processing the receipt of all goods inbound accurately while managing the booking in process

• Administrative experience within a logistics environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent PC skills (all Microsoft programs especially Excel)
• Customer service skills and experience
