Moments that matter @DHL Group

"I was attracted to the DHL Express Graduate Programme as I hadn’t seen any other graduate schemes like this. Getting to experience Sales, Continuous Improvement and Marketing has been really valuable for me, getting to work on so many different projects within different teams.  Everyone at DHL is so welcoming and supportive and will make you feel super comfortable during the stages of your application. Also, DHL as a company really does care about you as an individual, so don’t be shy in showing off what makes you you!"
Victoria Whittaker Product Marketing Executive
"During the Graduate Programme having the opportunity to lead and manage a variety of teams at different levels was fantastic. Additionally, the opportunity to have, and work with, a member of the senior management team as a personal business mentor is something that not many other businesses can offer.
The first 5 weeks or so of induction were incredibly helpful for providing a grounding in the business and its different functions, all whilst giving us as a graduate cohort the opportunity to bond and learn together in a supportive environment."
Daniel Ingall Customs Key Account Specialist, Customer Accounting
