Summer Intern (Customer Operations Group)
YOUR TASKS
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
** The internship must be credit-bearing, requiring interns to earn academic credits during their program or as a graduation requirement.
- Collaborate with a focus group to understand and analyze the flow of international express inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement of process efficiency
- Assist in preparing and analyzing data related to irregular dangerous goods cases
- Collaborate with various internal parties to mitigate risks and enhance safety measures on dangerous goods handling
- Participate in internal operations audits for dangerous goods to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory standards and requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of project solutions
- Track project progress to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to project goals
- Provide other administrative support as assigned
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree in Logistics (Transportation Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management), Information System, Statistics, Industrial & Systems or related disciplines
- Good PC knowledge in MS Excel, MS Wordand MS PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Interested to pursue career in logistics and express industry after graduation
- Some part time working experience or internship experience is preferable
