Job Description

As the Senior Director TAM and Pricing Service Logistics (SL), you will be responsible for leading solution development, organizational readiness policies and processes, and Commercial Excellence for Service Logistics. You will present to VP and C-Level internal and external stakeholders, drive strategic network design, manage service supply chain processes, and develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the Central Pricing Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution consultancy and strategy for large Business Development (BD) and Client Support Services (CSS) projects, providing consultative advice both internally and customer-facing.
• Analyze Request for Proposal/renewal requirements, create Concepts of Operations, and develop cost-competitive, high-quality solutions that create value for customers.
• Build innovative solutions with BD, Business Process Optimization (BPO), Information Technology (IT), and Centre of Excellence (COE) organizations, and maintain a repository of all solutions developed across regions and sectors.
• Create and lead SL-specific training content and coaching sessions for the Global BD/TAM/Pricing and Customer Solution and Innovation (CSI) community.
• Lead and design Service Logistics (SL) workshops for internal and external customer-facing events, and participate in industry conferences to promote Service Logistics/LLP capabilities.
• Lead internal transformational SL projects to improve the SL way of working across all departments.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to provide content for marketing materials and publications.
• Provide functional leadership and project management in a matrix organization, influencing and managing projects with stakeholders from different functional areas on both regional and global levels.
• Present and train colleagues on appropriate knowledge and techniques, acting as a functional mentor.

Education & Experience

• Extensive experience in an international logistics environment in program management or sales roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects and programs.
• Strong background in working with consultancy and other DHL divisions.
• Operational warehousing and transport experience with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Strong demonstrated commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams of executives, directors/senior managers, and managers.
• Excellent skills in influencing, negotiation, business communication, and developing commercially viable and innovative solutions.
