Responsibilities

Create and manage WMS project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: Requirement, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.

• To support country’s potential RFQ/RFI, work closely with IT Customer Solutions to provide viable, strategic business solutions to support growth agenda.
• Drive and govern full IT implementations for country using DHL strategic solutions.
• Promote innovation initiatives through IT implementations and continue to drive improvement for existing operations.
• Apply IT Project Management methodology (DePICT) to IT Project activities insuring projects are delivered within scope, budget and timelines.

Functionality Enhancements:

• Requirement gathering and Solution design
• Business Solution Document
• WMS (BY, Manhatton) System Setup & configuration
• WMS Interface development / Interface Specification, Integrator development and custom reports and labels
• Report development (Jasper report and Page builder)
• Train to end user
• Solution Deployment/Data migration

Support:

• Provide solution and support operation request or incident
• Day to day operational support
• Support the change requested by business
• Develop change specification document
• WMS System configuration as per change request
• Mass update of master and transaction data
• Update Work instruction- Knowledge Base
• Coordinate and Manage existing IT Knowledge Base
• Work with application support team to update Knowledge base

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in IT Solution analysis, implementation and ongoing support
• Preferred completion of 2-3 full cycle WMS implementation experience
• Must have strong WMS (BY / Manhattan) implementation experience
• Must have experience Jasper Reports, Page Builder and ORACLE and label development
• Good understanding of warehouse operational process and Strong Analytical skills
• Has Commercial Awareness and Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
• Ability to influence and negotiate and customer orientated
• Has the drive to achieve and is a self -starter
