Operational · Drive One-retail revenues in the branch through the branch and area teams. · Implement One-Retail product-specific sales and marketing plans for driving revenues, market share and profitability of the One-retail product in the branch · Meet One-retail product yield targets in the branch; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targets
