In this job you will:
As a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology
- Lead multi customer operations within the site
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives
- Ensure Customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Maintain location and inventory accuracy
- Drive site budgets and P&L's accountability
You have the following qualities & qualifications:
- 10 + years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
- Strong site management experience, including facilities
- Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operation within a 3Pl environment
- Excellent people management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
- Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
