WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD!

You can apply for the national program in which you spend the entire 18 months at a location in Germany (mainly at the headquarters in Bonn) or for the international program, which includes a three-month assignment at one of our locations abroad.

During the application phase, you can already set the course for your further development and the role you want. You can choose the area that best suits your strengths, interests and career goals from nine specialist areas. If you are interested in a specific GROW position, please state the title of the position in your motivational letter.

THE PERFECT REMIX FOR YOUR CAREER

Our GROW program sets the beat, but the melody is in your hands: After a kick-off event where you get to know the other GROW trainees of your year, you will be gradually introduced to your future area of responsibilities in three program phases. The GROW management and the local managers are always by your side and ready to answer your questions.

ONBOARDING
(6 MONTHS)

During the first six months of the program, you'll work on tasks and projects in your home department. You will be guided by experienced experts and leaders.





First Training:

Basic Consulting Skills Training

EXCHANGE PHASES
(2x3 MONTHS)

In the second phase of the program, you will get to know other areas and gain a deeper insight into the company. If you are participating in the international program, your three-month assignment abroad will take place during this time.

Second Training:
First Choice Training for continuous improvement

TAKEOVER
(6 MONTHS)

In the final phase, you will refine your acquired skills. In your takeover department, you will prepare for your future role with us.




Third Training:
Individual training in your chosen area

YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS

The GROW trainee program starts twice a year on April 1st and October 1st. We select our final trainee candidates through a multi-stage selection process. Before you start the application process, you can read through the various steps here.

1. APPLY ONLINE

Please fill out the application form and upload your cover letter, CV, high school diploma, university degree certificate, and if applicable, internship and employment references in PDF format. You will receive a confirmation email. Please state the title of your preferred GROW position in your motivational letter.

2. ONLINE ASSESSMENT

If your application passes the initial stage, you will be invited to an online assessment. Make sure to plan 90 minutes for this test.

3. PHONE INTERVIEW

Based on your application and the online assessment, a further selection will take place. Successful candidates will be invited to a phone call lasting approximately 45-60 minutes.

4. ASSESSMENT CENTER

After the phone interviews are completed, the assesment centers take place. In a virtual setting we aim to analyze your strengths and areas for development.

5. OFFER

At the end of the virtual assessment center, we will inform you of our decision. Candidates who have successfully completed all stages of the selection process will receive an offer from us.

6. ONBOARDING

After signing the employment contract, we warmly welcome you as a GROW trainee. Your first day will be either April 1st or October 1st. Your trainee program will start with a kick-off event.
