An update on our apprenticeship programmes
Our Next Generation Talent programmes have been a big part of how we grow future talent. But the world’s changing fast, and we want to keep up. So, we’re hitting pause on early careers recruitment until September 2026 to give the programme a proper glow-up. We’re redesigning it to better match what Gen Z and Gen Alpha are looking for, while making sure it fits with our big-picture goals. In the meantime, we’re learning, improving, and getting ready to come back with something smarter, sharper, and more exciting than ever.

DHL supply chain is such an exciting business and covers every different type of business that you could possibly imagine, you also get to see lots of different sites and business units when you start.”
“I have found that the balance between the degree and work a great learning curve to manage my time effectively. I have also found that I have been able to use the skills learnt on my degree course and implement them to live projects at work. The skills I have been able to learn from a working environment has been invaluable to my career.”
"The experience has been amazing, from application to induction, the communication and opportunities from the Next Generation Talent team and the wider business is exceptional. I was never sure what course I really wanted to do but I’m so happy with the choice I made and would recommend it highly to anyone interested! The opportunity to explore different business units is always available and everyone is so willing to help!"
"Since starting my apprenticeship, I have been trusted with growing responsibilities as I have developed. With the support of the Next Generation Talent team and my line manager, I have been able to grow and develop within my role and successfully complete my apprenticeship."
