The UPGRADE Program
The UPGRADE is the global internship program of DHL Group group – in cooperation with our partner AIESEC. It offers talented students and young professionals like you the chance to spend 6-18 months with us – experiencing our culture, developing your professional skills, and gaining an amazing insight into life and work with a global organization.

Since 1996, we've been working with AIESEC – the world's largest youth-run, not-for-profit organization – to offer young people leadership development opportunities, cross-cultural internships, and volunteer exchange experiences around the globe.

Join us on one of these paid internships and you won't just be watching from the side-lines. You'll be treated just like any other member of the team. This means you'll get to work on live projects, interact directly with clients, network, and build relationships with colleagues across the business.

From IT to HR and from Marketing to Data science, the opportunities available through the UPGRADE Program are as varied as they are geographically widespread. Around the world, we welcome around 100 new young talents to the business every year.

Online Registration & Application
You can find all of our internship opportunities in the global AIESEC website: http://aies.ec/dpdhlgroup. We post new opportunities throughout the whole year, therefore we advise you to check the page regularly.
Once you’ve found an internship you’re interested in, you can submit your application right away on the AIESEC website. If you experience any technical issues with the website registration, please consult your local AIESEC office.

Interview & Selection
We screen all applications and shortlist those candidates who fulfill all formal requirements and fit best to the role based on their skills and experiences.
If you make it through pre-selection, you will then have an interview with the hiring manager. The selection process may include different steps (case study, task, etc.) depending to the role. Once the hiring manager has interviewed all of the shortlisted candidates, the most suitable person for the role will be selected

Onboarding
If you have been selected for the position, we will provide you with all relevant information to start your internship experience.
You will receive personal, professional and functional support to become fully equipped for your new role. AIESEC will also support you to learn more about your new country and the culture.
