CEE Strategic People Sourcing Lead

• Develop and drive the strategic sourcing agenda to align human resources with organizational needs, ensuring optimal resource utilization to achieve business goals
• Champion performance by managing suppliers (eg temporary labor agencies) results, leading audits, and ensuring smooth, data-driven billing operations that align perfectly with operational goals
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that not only assess flexible labor performance but also drive continuous improvement across the board
• Leveraging the power of tools to transform data insights into continuous, impactful improvements
• Drive excellence by collaborating with procurement teams to elevate KPIs, manage suppliers costs, and craft seamless processes that guarantee superior quality and consistency
• Be the guardian of compliance, ensuring legal requirements are met while nurturing vital relationships with suppliers to uphold KPIs and maintain the highest standards
• Take the lead on International Exchange Program to ignite international collaboration

• Ability to inspire and motivate team member
• Ability to assess data and trends to make informed decisions about resource allocation
• Capacity to align resources with long-term organizational goals and strategies
• Experience in standardizing operational processes and improving efficiency
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding temporary labor and compliance as advantage
• Experience in managing third-party suppliers with a focus on flexible labor
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced knowledge about Excel, Power Point, PowerBI
• Fluent in English
