We are now seeking to fill an immediate, full-time, permanent position in Port-Louis, Mauritius.

Your tasks:

  • Providing the support to our colleagues in terms of key DHL group and Procurement policies, guidelines and principles
  • Understanding process of the vendors creation based on the relevant e-purchasing tool and connected backends
  • Processing of the relevant master data – creating of the vendors in accounting and e-purchasing tools and amendment of the data records, ensuring all required documentation is received and validated.
  • Solving procurement tickets within agreed SLA
  • Communicating with the internal stakeholders and suppliers with aim to gather relevant data and documents to be able to successfully finalize the tasks
  • Share the knowledge about the vendor data management process with the colleagues, suppliers and conducting vendor data management related trainings
  • Reporting any issues of the used tools and participating on the solutions
  • Participating in purchasing projects and testing of tools
  • Providing support to colleagues within Purchasing Centers in EMEA region and other procurement colleagues.
  • Generating purchasing related reports
  • Promoting the compliant behavior in the Purchase-to-Pay process

Your profile:

  • High School or University degree - International Business, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, studies of foreign languages or similar.
  • 0 – 3 years Data input, Customer Service experience, other support role experience or IT experience
  • English and French at least B2 or higher is a MUST. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Being responsible, proactive and detail oriented
  • Good computer literacy
  • Team player
