Within LLP business (Lead Logistics Partner) we deliver 4PL (fourth parts logistic) services for our European and global customers. Your role:

You will be responsible to guide the design of LLP transformation solutions. This includes transport network optimization initiatives, networking with customer partner teams, and developing compelling solutions.

What will we do together?
  • Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current flows, cost structure and processes;
  • Development and implementation of a continuous improvement & sustainability roadmap;
  • Various cost- and trend analyses and according supply chain visualizations;
  • Customer and stakeholder management & engagement across the business;
  • Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods;
  • Manage supply chain optimization projects from definition to implementation
  • Definition of strategy and long-term project pipeline meeting contractual framework;
  • Reporting projects progress using corporate tools and measures.
Who are we looking for?
  • Degree in/focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and /or Business Administration;
  • Ideally at least 5 years varied experience in improving supply chain cost structure, information and processes;
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed;
  • Top-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes;
  • Professional communication skills are essential;
  • Affinity and intensive experience in data analytics - working in and maintaining databases using Power BI;
  • Ability to analyze complex cause & effect relationships and communicate results;
  • Eye-for-the-detail and ability to work against strict timelines;
  • Good written and spoken English is essential and other European languages desirable.
