Your role: The goal of this position is to support and coordinate various HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, talent management, and engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company needs. The role also involves managing training programs, employee evaluations, and internal events, while maintaining effective communication with managers and employees.

What you will do ?
  • Monitoring and ongoing cooperation with the recruitment department and managers to ensure that recruitment activities align with current needs within the company;
  • Assisting in preparing offers and recruitment-related documents;
  • Coordinating the onboarding process: overseeing and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including communication with the managers;
  • Supporting employee satisfaction survey process: maintaining the communication regarding process and participating in workshops related to this process;
  • Managing the training library: working closely with managers deploy trainings agenda and registering employees for relevant courses;
  • Coordinating the employee evaluation process: communicating evaluation deadlines to employees and managers, organizing the evaluation reviews and communication of talent development related tools and processes;
  • Supporting of employee engagement agenda;
  • Coordinating the Graduate Program
  • Data reporting: monitoring of KPIs, preparing summaries and presentations for senior management meetings.
Who are we looking for?
  • Strong motivation and a proactive attitude toward professional growth;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently;
  • Very good communication in English (both spoken and written);
  • First work experiences within HR or logistics/transport business.
